The view from the hotel was breathtakingly beautiful. You could see the stunning surroundings from everywhere you looked, especially from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with complimentary various excursions to nearby spots. The hotel was very clean and well decorated.
The food was horrible. There was no variety, no taste and clearly catered to one specific type of cuisine.

The hotel had a fine location with amazing views of the mountains, river valley, and sunrise. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were free shuttles to the nearby town and river ferry. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and lovely bath products.
Can't fault anything about it.

Beautiful view of the mountains and friendly staff. the location was excellent to enjoy the stunning sunrise and picturesque scenery. We were impressed with the excursions that were offered to nearby places, and we enjoyed the sunrise and riverside tours. the rooms were big, clean, and well-decorated.
The traffic was inconvenient, and the hotel's location was quite remote, making it difficult to get around. the limited choices on the menu made it difficult to find something tasty to eat.

Plus, indulge in lovely bath products and a comfortable bed for a great night's sleep.
The hotel needs to improve on communication with guests regarding tour departure times to avoid disappointments.
